(EN) SMT Soldering! - A comic book guide teaches you to solder surface mount components

In a previous post I told you about a comic book guide teaching the first rudiments to learn to solder: Soldering is simple! A comic book teaches you to solder. The techniques illustrated in this comic concern the welding of THT components (Through-Hole Technology).

In Internet, however, there is another comic book guide, created by Greg Peek and Dave Roberts, which aims to teach
soldering techniques for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) components.
Anyone who approaches the world of electronics and starts soldering generally build experience
with THT components, those non-miniaturized components that generally have metal feet (called rheophores and pins) that are inserted into the holes (the right ones...) of a printed circuit and then soldered to the pads on the opposite side.
These are opposed by the SMT components which, generally of much smaller dimensions, are soldered directly onto the surface of a circuit (hence the name).

Soldering THT components is extremely simple (I speak from personal experience) and with a minimum of practice one learns to do it quite well; in fact, this technology is the most widespread among electronics hobbyists. On the other hand, soldering SMT components scares as it is more complex and requires more specialized equipment.
Well, the guide "SMT Soldering - It's Easier Than You Think" aims to minimize the fear around this technique and demonstrate (as the title says) that it's easier than you think.
